1. Meeting opened with some general announcements and updates

- Subforum to be created for our project in the *nix Section (Daniel to do) - New graphics members on board. Simon360 to coordiante efforts and avoid duplication of tasks. - Wiki, Blog, Bug Tracker website as well as Launchpad up and running - Bulio hard at work on fixing initial bugs found in Shift 0.1. To be re-released in a few days for download and testing

2. Cooperation of all members stressed as we move forward. Not all ideas will be adopted, but all contributions are appreciated.

3. Group was briefed by Kreuger on Launchpad.

4. Discussion arose on developing our own distro vs using Morphix as a template. Group agreed that we need to start simple and use applications that will be easy for the user. Kreuger presented his idea about auto-package management (with screenshots). Group agreed that the easier the delivery system, the better for the user. Barney suggested that he schedule a meeting with all developers, separate from the general meeting, to iron out the bugs. Agreed.

5. Group discussed package delivery system (our own vs. some existing repository). Concern over maintenance and updating was discussed (how hard to maintain it?). Issue not resolved. Will be discussed at the next meeting.

6. Simon360 to hold separate graphics group meeting on IRC (TBA).
