What is Shift Linux?

Shift Linux is a project by the Neowin community to educate interested developers, graphic designers, and web users about how to create a usable and functional Linux distribution. In its inception, it has driven many new, innovative ideas towards the forefront of Linux development, and created a revolutionary set of web services, including a state-of-the-art main page and "customization center" that make the distribution better for users and developers alike.
